so my roommate is from new orleans and mardi gras is a big deal down there in her town. she decided that we should have a mardi gras party to celebrate, since she wouldn't be home for all the fun stuff that they usually do. she normally gets school off for like a week for this thing! anyways we had a sweet party, she made a whole bunch of food that is tradition in new orleans...a king cake, and some other things that i can't spell. we had a bunch of people, alot of beads, and some fun music! it was a hit!
i have a few pictures from saras camera, but i can't figure out to get them on my computer at the moment. ill put them up later!
