today i cleaned my room.
it had gotten quite messy and to i picked up the clothes and whatever else was strewed on the ground and then i decided to dust things! i just remembered how wonderful cleaning feels. which also reminds me of how much my mom is. i guess i got it from her, and i am a bit of a clean freak. but i like it.

we had a dinner tonight for our fhe family, but the other girls didn't come so it was just our room and the boys. we had some delicious homemade pizza by sara, gosh it was tasty. after the dinner (we were watching a baseball game the whole time and don't worry- the red sox won) i went on a walk with lydia, sara, and lydia's friend amanda. we walked up the bell tower and then we tried to find a dark spot so that we could see the stars! we found some random set of stairs and layed on those for a while. THEN ben called and they were definitely playing ping pong which i couldn't miss! i went and played that for a while and then we finished a movie that we had started previously: TRANSFORMERS! i have wanted to see that forever! i liked it, although it wasn't as fabulous as i thought it would be. still good however. then jill and i went and played a little basketball! it was really fun, even though it was dark so it was a tad bit hard to see the ball! fun though, and i remembered how much i miss sports!

When I was in college, my roommate and I had nowhere to walk. All of our clothes were combined on the floor, so we decided to sort them out by throwing her stuff on her bed and my stuff on mine. That took so long, we stopped there and then we had nowhere to sleep! We wound up sleeping on our couches for a good couple of nights before we finally finished the dirty work.

I LOVE those days. College is so fun! I try to get Chris to do roommate things with me once in awhile, but he doesn't cut the mustard. Of course once you are married, you miss your roommate days a little but you know if you had to go back, you'd miss the husband too much!

Anyway, enjoy it!
