twin phones

so this is kind of a big deal.
we got new phones.
i don't know if anyone ever SAW my phone, but it was a work of art. and the funny thing about that is it wasn't even old. like i just got a new one a few weeks before, and it was still the big old phone. the thing with nextel is that its more of a business company so they don't really have cool phones like other places. so we switched. my dad figured out that it was cheaper to switch companies which was GLORIOUS news for jos and i. (see picture below)

haha ya so let me just explain how we got these phones. my flight was leaving in about an hour and a half. so we were like "sir, this will be fast right?" "right," he responded. so we started the process. okay so it took a bit longer than expected and we had to jet over to the aiport. i got there like 45 minutes before my plane left, which for the boise airport is no big deal. do you know what was #1 on our list before me running out the door to catch my plane?

its important i tell ya.

it was a 2 for 1 sort of deal so jos and i both have the same one, which is pretty fun. we have been discovering the new features together, whenever i find a new trick i have to text her to teach her! and vice versa.

so...i'm a bit obsessed with it. not going to lie, having a cool phone is a new thing for me. i was talking to my old roommate danielle (who ALSO happens to have the same phone) and telling her about the great features: the alarm clock, the calculator, the message you can put on your background. "those are all pretty standard features kaitlin," she says with a laugh. well not for us and our nextel phones. nope these are new things. new things all together.
