on wednesday i went to the jazz game! don't even worry the cleveland cavaliers were playing against them. and lebron james plays for them.
need i say more?
so ya the game was really fun i went with a guy from my english class and there were like 6 other guy with dates. it was a close game also, we were ahead by 3 with 6 seconds left and lebron drained a three pointer. then we went down and made a layup with 1.6 seconds left! intense.
yesterday was the last football game for me! (because i will miss the last game against utah over thanksgiving weekend) it was way fun, i was a bit late because i had class that ended at 7, and the game started at 7 so i got there the end of the 1st quarter. first we were all squishing in the front row, where we always sit. but then the people in the orange jackets said that we couldn't be in the isle. and we were squished anyways. so we were standing in another spot and then i decided that this was the perfect time to go visit my uncle lonnie and some of my cousins who were up from california for the game! so ben and i went on an adventure to go find them. they had some extra seats so we sat with them for a minute. THEN ben was wearing david's sweatshirt and apparently david wanted it back. so we walk down there and were going to stay down there with john but john wasn't there yet! sooo we walked back up to the seats again! next was when john called and wanted us to come sit by him. basically that was confusing but the important part is that we kept walking up and then walking back.
so at one point i mentioned that i love cotton candy. because i do. and a bit later ben bought some and we all enjoyed the deliciousness of cotton candy! mmm. we did take a picture. but it is kinda frightening. and i don't want the world to see it. so too bad its not going on here for the world to see.
ya so fun game, we won too! oh ya lets go cougars!
i decided to make a list of why i can't wait to be home. because ben and i were talking about it yesterday. and i got excited. this is different then WHAT i will be doing at home. this is just what is good about home. get it?
-having a dishwasher that functions properly so i don't have to handwash all of my dishes.
-having a car that i can go places in when i need or want something.
-being able to eat food that i don't have to cook.
-being in a clean house...like even though we clean our apt. its old and stuff and i just can't wait -to be in my clean, newer, not gross house.
-sleeping on my delicious bed.
-getting to shower in a shower that drains properly so i don't get completely grossed out by it. echk just thinking about it grosses me out.
-having other people help me with the dishes so i am not cleaning up for the entire apt.
-being able to do laundry whenever i want and not having it cost 1.75
okay so i am sure i could think of more but that is working for now.
oh good news my good friend samuel lee henderson is going to be in town for thanksgiving so i can say hello to him! it will be an exciting day. i haven't seen him forever!
