b. did i ever tell you i work for apx alarms now? i love it. this girl works there too naturally and it's fun to be by her and know the people she knows. PLUS i'm at about the month mark of working there so it's getting to the fun part of where i am becoming real friends with the people and really beginning to understand the work. such a fun place!! did i mention i love it.
c. i really really like weekends. i'm just really busy these days so the weekends are just great that i have some free time! plus we get to go home the end of march for my cousin's baptism that i'm looking forward to! and maybe a fun road trip in the next weekend or two with some of my loveliest friends?!
d. valentines day. flowershop job. get it?

f. we saw dear john this past weekend. any others out there? i loved it. i had read the book (which holy cow. they changed it. for the better in my opinion) so that made it even more enjoyable. and i mean we can all be honest and say that channing tatum is attractive. man oh man i want to see it again. and thank heavens that the song "paperweight" by schuyler fisk is out as a single on itunes now thanks to that movie. about DANG TIME. listen. i have listened to it probably 30 times since i got it. last night.
g. i sort of hate my german class. because i feel like i am awful at it. but don't get that statement confused with "i hate german." two different things. i don't like the class. i love the language. understand?
h. i almost posted this all on my germany blog on accident. this having two blogs gets confusing i guess. well not really. i just don't know how i did that though.

j. i'm gonna go to bed. we're gonna go to the free denny's grandslam breakfast at 6am tomorrow. i mean just for fun. because that's what you do right!! i'm in college for crying out loud!
k. i really like the new facebook layout. it's clean and easy to use. i'm a fan.
l. sometimes it makes me sad thinking about how you can be so so close friends with someone one year and later you don't talk to them at all. you know? like the whole growing up/life changes thing. sometimes it's a bummer.
m. we went to visit an older woman at the nursing home the last few days and we have more than one reason to believe she thought we were her granddaughters. funny. but sad.
n. did you know i like to wear mismatched socks? i told michelle about this and it was a surprise to her. maybe it's a surprise to you too.
o. i love my major. it is so so great. and did i mention we got switched around and now we are in the marriott school? as in the business school? ya well it's great.

s. how about those saints huh?! k so let's be honest i don't really care about the super bowl that much. but my roommate is from new orleans so i'm obligated to cheer for the saints. which i did. and they won. yay! ps sara come back to me.

I love all those shoes, but I vote for Keds #2. They're so versatile. I am a Keds wearer myself though, so I might be biased. But mine are light blue and they get visibly dirty, so that's why I'd say the navy over the tan. Also Kyle has some Toms and he says they get smelly. I don't know if that's just a boy thing or what.
I would also love it if you sewed those clothes. It'd be totally easy. I might try too. Where'd you find them?

g. wow. remember thats how i felt about french this past semester. but i was thinking today on my walk as i walk around NERVOUS someone is going to try and talk to me in german...that how easy it will be for you in germany cuz at the veryyyy least you can say "i dont speak german" in german. i cant even do that you. i need to work on that one. and you will be able to ask for directions and ask for help. i wish i lived in a french town.

i. okay here is the thing about that style of Sperry's. they are NOT walking shoes. they soles kinda dont bend and they arent too fun to walk in. so i say since you will be doing a lot of walking in germany and already DO i would get some real comfortable shoes like the TOMS. i wish i would have brought mine. stephanie the other day on skype was like why didnt you bring your TOMS and i was like cuz its snowy here and i cant get them wet...and she was like but what about in egypt...my reply was well i dont want them to get dirty there..her reply was what you think you will be walking on sand everywhere you go? which yes in my head that is what i pictured. hah.
