I had a friend who made it in the police beat for mooning a couple that was making out on his front porch. The section said he 'exposed himself' which sounds A LOT worse than mooning.
hah those are some funny 'crimes" but really efy kids and marijuana? who does that? they do i guess.

once our friends and i were in our rexburg version. it said "complaint of loud disturbance outside of craigos"(i think) we were being loud and someone called the cops and they showed up. oops.
