so its funny because i couldn't think of anything to update on my blog.
ha well now i've got something.
so i am sitting in my chair today just watching american idol that we had recorded and just messing around on my computer. then my dad says to me kaitlin put your computer down and come here...i am like what the heck?! "theres a mouse," he says. oh GREAT.
then pandemonium breaks out.
its moms job to run and get a cat and meanwhile, the mouse runs from the living room towards the front door. i get yelled at to be in the music room to watch and see if it runs in there. someones running to get a broom...it runs in the music room...behind the piano...behind the couch...we are all trying to keep an eye on it...there is lots of screaming and panicking girls. ahh and then it runs back toward the door, claire was sleeping upstairs but comes down crying, our family is all watching the whole event trying to see whats going on. anyways, after a few minutes of chaos, the mouse ran towards the front door (that was open) and with his great aim my super athletic father swatted it out the door like a hockey puck. it was beautiful.

I wish I could have seen this, I'm sure it could have been hilarious.
Sounds like fun... so did any of your cats get the mouse? Sounds like you're having fun at home!
