fam

so my family was up here this last weekend! it was so much fun i loved seeing them!
i was sad the trips didn't come...but i will hopefully see them at state soccer! on friday night they were all at my house, and jos, hannah, emma and claire all stayed here with me. it was fun, the youngest three were on the ground on a sleeping bag and jos and i shared the itsy bitsy bed! then on friday we went to the bookstore and i got a BYU beanie for aleks birthday that he loves. we went and got donuts also, mmmm delicious. and don't worry there weren't any tables for us all to fit so we all sat on the ground beside a wall. haha it was funny people were probably wondering why a. there were 7 kids running around on a college campus and b. why they were sitting on the ground making a mess with donuts and milk. we went shopping later that day, which was very fun if i do say so myself. we went to mimis cafe for dinner with andrew dale and linds. it was way fun to see them...i live in the same town as them and never see them! we decided we need to change that.
that night i stayed up in brighton with the family, it was pouring snow on the way up and snowed all through the night so there were like 6 inches of snow on the ground when we woke up! it was then that i decided that i REALLY needed a coat. saturday we listened to conference on the radio on our way to pick up my roommate and then we went to the afternooon session of conference. it was amazing! i can't wait till conference comes out in the ensign so i can read it.
we went shopping after that and i eventually got a coat! i like it, its like blue plaid, kinda like wool? and the hood has fur, but not the poofy fur that like all coats have these days. more like...bumpy fur haha maybe like a lamb?! lol so that description made no sense but i like it.
we went to dinner with my cousin kyle and a bunch of his friends after that before we headed back to brighton. it was fun to see kyle and the other boys...when all of their friends came it was a little out of control though!
sunday we watched morning conference and then drove to drop me off and said bye to everyone! it was a super fun weekend to be with them...too bad we didn't take many pictures! oh well...next time!
