can i just say that today was a good day? i don't even know why its not like anything spectacular happened. it was just good. good things of the day:
a. i got a jamba juice. always improves the day.
b. i saw a friend i haven't seen for a while (brook thomas)
c. my room is clean
d. i like my classes
e. i called some people and had nice chats
well i think thats mostly it. but those are good things huh?!
oh and also i was going to say...some girls at work were talking about how they are doing a social experiment. they asked me if i wanted to join. i did. this is it: you know how normally when you are walking amongst people you don't know generally you just look down...or up...or just not at the people? well their experiment was to try and make eye contact with people you walk by, and to be the one to hold that eye contact the longest. so today i tried it and it was so funny it makes a big difference. most people respond to that, maybe ask how you are, say hi or atleast smile. it was fun! im going to keep doing it. you should try it!
i was talking to joslin today and she told me that the school didn't even awknowledge that it was september 11th! are you kidding me? maybe atleast a measly 30 second moment of silence. that was kind of a big deal. i wore a red shirt. not much i know but atleast i remembered.

So I was thinking that when you do that eye contact thing, you should probably not open your eyes too wide so people won't think that you are psychotic. Not from personal experience am I saying this... just a little thought I had. I love your room too! *cute*

well ziegler talked about september 11th. just so were clear that it was just some teachers that didnt acknowledge it, not the whole entire school. and so did like 2 of my other teachers. but im pretty sure there hasnt been moments of silence like since it happened. just thinking out loud. anyway hope youre having fun, sounds like you are. good luck with your reading. love ya.
